Organiser Information
This lottery program ("Program") is organized by Pramukh Industries, a registered partnership firm operating under GST Address: Survey No. 202-1, Mangalapur Village, Tippavarappadu, Gudur, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh – 524406.
Eligibility
Participation is open to residents of India, aged 18 years.
Participants below the age of 18 must have parental consent. Pramukh Industries reserves the right to request proof of age.
Employees, partners, agents, and distributors of Pramukh Industries, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Participants must have a valid Indian mobile number and internet access.
Participation Process
Buy any participating Pramukh Industries dairy product (Milk, Paneer, Cheese, Butter Milk, Lassi, Yoghurt, Ghee, or Ice Creams) with a QR Code.
Scan the QR Code to access the lottery webpage.
Fill in your name, mobile number and unique/batch code on cone/stick/tub lid.
Verify your mobile number via One-Time Password (OTP).
Share the promotional poster of Pramukh Industries on either a WhatsApp group or your Instagram account (must be public or verifiable).
After successful sharing (subject to verification), you will be allowed to spin the digital wheel.
Winners are selected randomly via automated software during the spin.
Entry Limitations
Each mobile number can participate any number of times.
Multiple entries from the same number on the same day upto 25 times may be accepted at the company’s discretion.
Any use of automated systems, virtual numbers, or fraudulent means to participate will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
Verification of Sharing Activity
Pramukh Industries reserves the right to verify the social media sharing activity via request for screenshot proof or public visibility before allowing the spin.
Failure to provide proof may lead to entry disqualification.
Prizes
Prizes may include electronic items such as mobile phones, earbuds, gift cards, or other items can be added/removed time to time at the sole discretion of the company.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All prizes are subject to availability.
Winning a spin does not guarantee prize delivery if limits are exceeded or a system error occurs. The company reserves the right to offer alternate rewards or disclaim the win.
Prize Claim
Winners will be notified via SMS or call within 24 working hours of winning.
Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Taxes, if any, on the prizes will be borne by the winners.
Publicity Consent
By participating, the consumer grants Pramukh Industries the right to use their name, image, and participation details for promotional purposes across platforms, without any further compensation.
Data Privacy
Personal information collected (name, mobile number, etc.) will only be used for verifying participation and notifying winners.
Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required for administering this program.
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your data as per these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Pramukh Industries shall not be held responsible for any network failure, system error, or data loss during participation.
The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or use of prizes.
Lottery Schedule
The Lottery Program will run from May 25, 2025 to August 30, 2025.
Each valid entry—verified through mobile number OTP and poster sharing—will be eligible for an instant spin-based lottery.
Winners are determined instantly via the digital spin mechanism.
Pramukh Industries reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or modify the lottery period at its sole discretion with or without prior notice.
Any changes to the schedule or process will be updated on the official website or displayed on the QR-linked webpage.
Fair Use & Disqualification
Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the system will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action will be initiated.
The company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of shared posts and QR scans.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This promotion is governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
Amendments & Termination
Pramukh Industries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and without liability.
